How did this partnership come about, and how does it work?
Nicolas Delgado: It was a lighting system manufacturer that put us in touch in 2021.
Baptiste quickly selected a few industrial cameras from our range and we developed our first joint projects. Our relationship is very transparent and smooth; each of us knows where our added value lies, so it is easy to know who should take the lead on a project. We collaborate a lot in the food and packaging sectors, which our two companies have in common.

What does Psycle bring to a manufacturer like Baumer?
ND: Psycle brings us the power of its AI on complex applications (cosmetic inspection, variety checks, presence of foreign bodies) for which customers want autonomy and room to evolve. Psycle also provides comprehensive support for integrating a vision solution with the automation side, which we do not offer.
This helps improve the quality of the results obtained, as does the user-friendliness of the interfaces, which is another of Psycle's strengths.
