Psycle Research alone determines the purposes and means of the processing described below. No data protection officer has been appointed; requests are handled at the address above.
What we collect
This site collects only what you send it by filling in a form. Browsing without sending anything creates no record in your name.

Visit history
The site keeps a record, in your browser, of the pages you view during your visit and of the site you came from where this is disclosed. This record reaches us only if you submit a form, attached to your request; it does not survive the closing of the tab.
Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold nor passed on for advertising purposes, and does not leave the European Union. It is accessible to:
- The Psycle Research teams responsible for replying, through a named back-office account.
- OVH SAS, host of the site and its database in France, acting as a processor.
- Administrative or judicial authorities, where the law requires us to disclose information to them.
Retention periods
Retention periods are given for each processing operation in the table above. The three-year period runs from our last exchange, not from the date you wrote. If a contractual relationship arises from your request, accounting and commercial obligations then impose their own periods.
Your rights
You have the following rights over your data, without having to give a reason for your request.
- Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Erasure: request their deletion, subject to our legal obligations.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Portability: receive the data you provided us in a machine-readable format.
- Restriction: ask for processing to be frozen while a dispute is examined.
- Withdrawal of consent: unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Exercising your rights
Write to contact@psycle.io, stating which right you wish to exercise. You will receive an answer within one month. If it does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and hosted in France. Access to requests is restricted to named accounts held by Psycle Research staff and protected by password. Backups follow the same retention periods as the original data.
