On the third day of SEPEM Douai 2026, we handed the microphone to JL Corp and Sebastien Dorez, a collaborative robotics specialist and Psycle partner for nearly 2 years.
Without a doubt, the complementarity is clear. Artificial intelligence is used to keep a constant eye on production by qualifying the condition of parts moving along the production line. The robot steps in as a continuation of the process to remove non-compliant parts and reduce operators' exposure to repetitive movements.
Sébastien also mentions the defect library: capitalizing on known defects to train the algorithms and achieve continuous performance improvement on the lines.
Another notable initiative: the technical cafés. Organized jointly by JL Corp and Psycle for two years, these field events, open to customers and prospects, are designed to present innovative solutions while exchanging with customers and prospects.
