Our new website is being finalized, and it is built around this question.
Two entry points, depending on your business:
• Manufacturers — defect detection and quality control with vision: reducing the non-conformity rate, monitoring conformity in real time, systematic archiving of analyses to meet standards (food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, nuclear).
• Machine builders — robot guidance, 3D bin picking and dimensional inspection to integrate into your special-purpose machines, based on proven AI building blocks.
Two modes of involvement, too: the turnkey solution — you buy a result — or the Python SDK — you buy a tool.
The site also details our two complementary software products. Psycle Assistant Production supervises and controls production in real time, on the line. Psycle Assistant Qualité takes over for analysis: diagnosing the causes of a defect, understanding a drift over time. With the integrations expected in the field — PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, data feeds to your MES or ERP — and Cloud hosting in France or On-Premises.
