In France, more than 15,000 entrepreneurs have been supported by Réseau Entreprendre, with a 5-year survival rate of over 85%. A figure that speaks volumes about the impact of mentoring.
Since our early days, we have benefited from the support of Réseau Entreprendre Picardie through several key stages: the Starter program to lay the foundations, Booster to structure our growth, then Ambition to build our governance.
These stages were marked by the support of committed entrepreneurs from companies such as BASF (Olivier Cattez), DAILYCER FRANCE (Mohamed SALIM), WYZ Group (Pierre Guirard) and CLARILOG GROUPE (Denis Sennechael).
One of the major contributions was the creation of a Governance Board inspired by the practices of the Mulliez family. A concrete, long-term approach that profoundly changes the way a company is run.
